Shipped from Victoria with Australia Post. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

International shipping:
Shipped from Victoria, Australia with DHL Express. Please allow 3-6 business days for travel delivery. See the FAQ tab regarding import fees.

How we package:
Protected with biodegradable, conservation-grade glassine and secured in a heavy duty postal tube for delivery. We love simple, eco-friendly packaging that isn't super duper flashy. It's what's inside that counts!

Is the border included in the size?
Yes. The sizes available are the final size of the print and are inclusive of the border. This is to allow for the print to fit comfortably within standard frames and help your local framing artisans dress the piece with ease if you so choose.

I'm ordering from outside of Australia. Will I be charged import fees?
Depending on the destination and value of the order, parcels may be subject to import tax. Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff regulations, customs duties are now a standard requirement for all goods imported into the United States. These fees are set and collected solely by U.S. Customs and aren’t something our studio is able to influence, remove, or pre-pay on your behalf. As with all international orders, import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that these charges are a normal part of receiving international shipments under current U.S. rules.

Display in rooms free from moisture. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the longevity of the pigments and ensure your art stays perfectly vibrant for the foreseeable future.
